Happy Thanksgiving Ya'll
There is the gorgeous aroma of shallots roasting and duck braising, must be thanksgiving. I love this holiday. The company of good friends and family, a few pints of a favorite beer, and some of the best food on the planet (cooked by yours truly) and without the pressure and commercialization of other holidays.

Current vice on the block. The 60 Min IPA from dogfish head ales. Worth a try if you can find it. Nice and hoppy, but clean and not as fruity as some IPA's are trying to be these days. Plenty of kick, plenty of bite, but real smooth and clean.
